Editorial Policy

The rules this site is written by.

Accuracy over speed

Facts come from primary sources: provider pages for prices and terms, FDA labels, clinical guidelines and peer-reviewed research for medical information. Every page lists its sources.

Honest first person

Mimosa writes in the first person, and every first-person claim describes something actually done: reading a page, checking a price, comparing terms. We never invent personal medical experiences, customer testimonials or professional credentials.

Independence

Providers cannot pay to be included, to rank higher, or to review content before it's published. Affiliate relationships, where they exist, are disclosed on every page.

Judgment-free language

ED is common and nothing to be embarrassed about. We write plainly, avoid crude or fear-based language, and never promise results.

Not medical advice

We compare published facts. Decisions about medication belong with a licensed clinician who knows your health history.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and note significant corrections on the contact & corrections page.
